Defective Products

Most of our products come with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Refer to your product literature or consult one of our product experts for specifics. If you receive a defective product, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. For defects noticed after 48 hours, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly, using the contact information provided in the product literature. Note that most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose the issue.

Damaged Products

Our shipments are fully insured. If your product arrives damaged, it is eligible for a free exchange. For local deliveries, our team will deliver your product. Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact the store regarding any cancellations or returns. Returned products must be free of cosmetic damage and in unused condition. Installed or attempted-to-install products are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Special order items are subject to a restocking fee and are non-returnable once delivered and unpackaged.
